MSE MORTAR FORTE SET NATURAL 28 KG KIT

The MSE Mortar Forte is a unique mortar coating consisting of 2 components - epoxy and resin mixed with a third component: quartz sand. The quartz sand is specially selected and is suitable for non-slip applications in livestock farming because of its angular structure. By the application of the special epoxy resin the floor will be made of high and durable quality, easy to clean, resistant to pressure and to a large amount of chemicals. The MSE Mortar Forte is very useable in various sectors. Available in the natural colour. Composition consists of 2 components resin and 1 component quartz sand of 25 kg. Consumption: ± 12 to 15 kg per m² (0.12 to 0.15 kg/sqft). Drying time: 24 hours depending on the temperature of the environment. Mixture ratio: component A, B and C are packed in the correct proportion to prepare 28 kg MSE Mortar Forte. Working temperature: between 15°C and 25°C . Minimum thickness of the layer: minimal 5 mm, average 7-8 mm.
