The MSE Floorcoat is a unique 2-component epoxy floor coating with a very high resistance against ammonia, acids and the most common chemicals in intensive farming. The product is also a very good mechanical resistant. It is suitable after applying the first layer MSE-100 Primecoat-trans. It can also be used as a topcoat or as an intermediate layer if you use a non-slip material. It can only be used in combination with B-component. Pack sizes: 1,5 and 10 kg. Consumption: 0.2 to 0.7 kg/m² per layer, depending on substrate and sprinkled non-slip material. Consumption intermediate layer: 0.2 to 0.4 kg/m². Consumption finish layer without non-slip: 0.2 to 0.4 kg/m². Consumption finish layer on Silver sand: 0.5 to 0.6 kg/m². Drying time: 16-24 hours depending on the temperature of the environment. Mixture ratio: Packed in sets, so mix the A-comp and B-comp. Working temperature: between 10°C and 25°C. Application material: roller/scoop, brushes, mixer. Substrate: MSE Primecoat-trans or MSE Floorcoat treated floor. Other RAL-colours are available when ordering over 100 kg.
