DynaCrete PIM+ Densifier

PIM+ (Permanent Internal Membrane Plus) is a silica-based product that replaces the alkali salts in the top 2-3 mm of concrete with a glass-like material that densifies the concrete up to 1500 times more than untreated concrete.

PIM+ is approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and selected as the only densifier to be used on the Vancouver Island Freeway project by the BC Ministry of Transportation and Highways (BCMOTH).

PIM+ creates a permanent internal membrane just under the surface. Bacteria, organisms and chemicals are trapped under the membrane, and damaging water and salt cannot get into the concrete.
