CERES RANCHER is the latest CERES TAG device with a focus on accuracy and durability. Designed with better retention in mind, the CERES RANCHER device has all the great capabilities of CERES RANCH including animal behaviour and activity monitoring, location and out of boundary alerts. CERES RANCHER features improved weatherproofing, better retention and more upgrades to come. Utilising direct to satellite capability, monitor your animals anywhere, through a device of your choice - with no additional infrastructure required. With CERES RANCHER you will receive up to 4 data packets per day. CERES RANCHER is re-deployable, allowing you to maximise the value in your investment. CERES RANCHER includes a daily Pasture Feed Intake summary packet that includes information on walking, grazing, ruminating and resting, and drinking and other. The Pasture Feed Intake packet also gives a calculation on pasture intake in kilograms and methane output in grams. Male buttons are sold separately. CERES TAG operates on a 3-year subscription/service period with satellite connectivity and recurring subscription fees applying to registered devices. Also, software subscriptions are necessary.
