For sore teats and hard milkers, apply the balm one hour before the night milking and immediately after the morning milking. For bunches in the bag, first use warm water with a cloth and when dry apply the balm with fingers and rub well with palm of the hand for 15 to 20 minutes. This should be done night and morning.
