PLASTIC BACKING PADS FOR TATTOOER

The backing pads slide into one side of the tattoo pliers and act a padded area for the needles from the tattoo characters to hit up against. The purpose of the backing pad is to help extend the life of the characters so that they are not dulled by hitting metal.
