Thank you for filling out our form for the Captive Bolt Cartridge recall. The next step in the recall for you, involves returning your unused captive bolts to Farmers Depot by participating in the following instructions.
There are two options for return:
Option #1: Drop off at Farmers Depot or any Farmers Depot / Fortified Nutrition Ltd pick-up point. Simply bring the recalled products in, and our customer service team will record the return.
Option #2: Courier return — returning the recalled products to Farmers Depot via Canpar.
- Pack the cartridges in a box or bubble envelope to be prepared for shipping.
- Call Farmers Depot customer service at 1-866-527-6229 (ask for Terri) to arrange a pick-up at the same address indicated in the form you completed. Please be prepared to give a credit card number for the credit. Note that the pickup will happen approximately 1-2 days after your call with us, so the package needs to be ready for pick up before calling.
- Set the package out for pick-up, where Canpar will arrive with the required label and complete the pick-up.
Receiving Credit For Your Completed Return
When the return is completed, you will receive a credit. This credit will go on your account or credit card, using the same method of payment as the original order. Please be prepared to give a credit card number when you call.
