Suited for pig operations that are looking for a bio-secure, effective incineration solution that can easily manage large pig carcasses. The AIS 064 Cyclone can also handle other animal-by-products generated across the agricultural sector including swine/small sows, meat processors, renderers, and slaughterhouses. Full access to the main chamber via a top loading counterbalance lid ensures users can load the machine via skid loaders and tractor buckets. Burns up to *56kg/124 lbs per hour. Load capacity of up to 570 kg/1257 Ibs. PLC timer controls with automatic burner shut-off function and fast ignition burners. Two temperature-controlled burners in the main chamber and one in the secondary chamber. Can be loaded whilst in operation maximizing the inherent thermal efficiency of our trusted monolithic concrete lining and keeping running costs low. Ash door, as standard, allows the user to safely remove ash whilst the machine is in operation, so you can keep on loading and burning your waste and saving time. Optional extra features include USB Data Logger, Stack Extensions, Ash Rake, Simple Heat Exchange system, Control Panel screen size increase, and Service Kits.
