Please note the following important conditions regarding your return.

1. Product MUST be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. Any damage resulting from shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt. If product is returned damaged or unclean you will be assessed a cleaning/refurbishment charge.
2. Credit or exchange will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the product back into our facilities. Credit or exchange will be based on current retail price or invoiced price, whichever is lower.
3. Special order items and discontinued/final sale items are non-returnable.
4. You must be the original purchaser of the product and provide the original invoice.
